The Shiv Sena, NCP, and the Congress on Saturday approached the Supreme Court challenging Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari’s “arbitrary and mala fide actions” for “installing a minority BJP government led by Devendra Fadnavis” in Maharashtra. The three parties have stated that the floor test be held within 24 hours to thwart horse-trading in the state.  The petitioners have sought a late-night hearing in the apex court. After hearing the plea of all the tree parties apex court decide to hear the petition Sunday 11.30 am .
